Study Title:

Optical Imaging of the Human Retina using a modified Fundus Camera

What is the purpose of the study? (in Layman's terms, please describe the study)

Our intent is to collect baseline data for normal humans and determine the feasibility of using the modified fundus camera as a diagnostic tool. Specifically, we propose to study the acquired responses to visual stimuli to define their nature and source. To achieve this we will measure response functions, dependences on stimulus spatio-temporal, energy and wavelength parameters, signal time courses and variations with anatomic location.
